Refunds and Cancellations:

We shall endeavor to dispatch goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of your order. Any item purchased from us, which proves faulty on our equipment, will be exchanged. We retain the right not to fulfill any order.

PHOTOGRAPHS cannot be returned or refunded due to the ease with which printed matter can be copied

Lost and Missing Deliveries:

If you have not received your package after 21 days, please contact us quoting your order number and we will take appropriate action. How long will it take to arrive? For dispatch to a Rest of World address, delivery time is 8-12 working days from receipt of order.
