Ordering & Payment



How do I place an order online?
Simply press the "add to cart" button next to your item and add the item / items to your Shopping cart. When you have finished shopping pay for your items USING PAYPAL (you must be registered with PayPal to do this).

How much does shipping cost?
POSTAGE/SHIPPING is calculated automatically on checkout and is based on the weight of your item(s) being ordered including protective packing and the delivery location for your order.

If you would like to know how much your order will cost to ship, simply add the items to your cart.  After you have added your items to your cart, go to view the shopping cart.  Underneath the subtotal will be a link for the shipping estimate.  Click on this link and once address information is included the shipping options with pricing will be shown.

Can I place an order over the telephone?
Unfortunately, at the moment, we cannot take card payment over the phone.

You can order by credit/debit card online through PayPal without needing a PayPal account. You can also place an order online.

What payment types do you accept?
If you have a PayPal account, simply login with your details. If you don't have a PayPal account, just click the 'Continue' link and you can easily pay without opening a PayPal account.

Unfortunately, we do not accept: - Cheques - Postal orders - International Money Orders.


We do not accept payments by credit cards.

I live outside the United Kingdom - how do I pay through PayPal in British money?
PayPal automatically converts your country's currency into British pound Sterling for you.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of your order being processed.

I've placed an order - what happens next?

1.      Once you've placed your order, you will receive an "order confirmation" by email. This lets you know we have received your order. If you don't receive the confirmation email within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam folder.

2.      Once we have dispatched your order, you will receive a "dispatch confirmation" email.

I've placed an order, but I'm not sure if the order has gone through correctly
If you receive a "confirmation order" email from us, then your order has gone through.

If you do not receive a confirmation order email, then simply contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Can I have my order sent to a different address?
Yes. When you place your order and enter your billing address, you will see the option "Is this the address you want your order delivered to?". If you would like the order sent to a different address, just select "no" and this will allow you to enter the delivery address details.
